How long will my order take to ship?
Please allow anywhere between 1-5 business days to process your order. INDIAN orders should reach you in 3-5 business days but may be more. We have no control how quickly gets your order to you. International orders may take 2-5 weeks. During the holiday season, orders may take longer to process and ship.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for the loss of any non INDIAN orders. It is your responsibility to enter the correct address. Tracking will not update once the order has left the INDIA. In the event that your order does not arrive to you or is missing items, we are not responsible. If customs opens your package, we are not responsible for the missing items.
How much is shipping?
Shipping all depends on the weight of your products and will be calculated at checkout. If you would like expedited shipping, send us an email and we’d be happy to accommodate you!
If you realize the mistake and you have not received a shipment confirmation email from us yet, please email us at email@example.com immediately to fix the information. If the mistake is realized after your package has already been shipped, no replacements or refunds will be honored. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter in the correct shipment information.
If the tracking number reads as “delivered”, no replacements will be honored. You have the option of contacting your local post office to file a claim through them.
We do not consider a domestic package lost until 2 weeks has passed since the day we shipped it out. International orders are not considered lost until 6 weeks has passed. Domestic customers have 30 days from the date of shipment to contact us regarding a lost order. Once 30 days have passed, no replacement will be issued. International customers have 50 days from the date of shipment to contact us regarding a lost order.
Customs fees for international orders may occur. We do not charge your customs fees and are not responsible for any charges you incur on your international order. Please review your country’s customs policies and charges.

We sure do! All you have to do is email us proof of license or ownership of a salon and we will create a code just for you. Coupon codes may be used towards vinyl purchases only.
To cancel or alter an order, please notify us within 6 hours of your placed order. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
All sales are final. No exchanges. Any and all refunds will be at our discretion. If you receive your item damaged, we will gladly issue a replacement. All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If you received the wrong item, please be prepared to send a photo of the item you received. We will not issue replacements unless a photo of the items received is sent to our email address, firstname.lastname@example.org

We need high resolution pictures to post which is again clean, crisp and clear. We cannot post any picture likewise even if we love your creation. So please do not ask us over and again to post a picture. We do not like to reply negative and we do make sure all the creations are featured and given recognition. We love your work and are thankful for sharing it with us.
